Unfortunately if you or somebody at your home or work is not able to sign for the package, the courier will NOT be able to hand over your package. Please contact us and we will reschedule the delivery or guide you to pick it up from the relevant courier's office.

It takes about 2 - 4business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Allow us two weeks after that to inspect the order, process your return and get a replacement in.
