We send all the products from our warehouse after proper inspection. The packaging is such that it doesn’t get broken on the way but in the unlikely event that it happens, you can always request for return or exchange within 3-4 days. If you face any difficulty, feel free to contact our customer support executive. They will help you with your return/ exchange.The packaging was tampered
We request you to deny the acceptance of product if you find any signs of tampering with the packaging. In this case, it might be possible that someone on the way tampered with the product. When you receive such package, return it from your door.
While our return policy is simple we do not exchange some items if they fall under below circumstances:
The product has been used: If you have used the product, then you cannot return or exchange it. Even if it gets damaged while you were using it, you cannot return it. It is done for the hygienic reasons. Just like you would not like to use a sex toy used by someone else, the others also would not want to use a sex toy previously used.
Product not to your liking: We do not return/exchange on the ground that the product was not up to your liking. Get accustomed to the product images and description well before you make your order. Our customer support executive (CSE) team will help you in making your order.

Yes, it is. The return address on the package is labeled to Billion Digital technologies Pvt. Ltd. - our parent company. Your privacy is always secured with us. Most of the time, you do not need to return the faulty item, we send the other item without exchanging it with the faulty one.I received wrong item on exchange. What do I do?
