WHAT CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may ask for a replacement. We will accept replacements (for certain products only) within 3 days as follows:

Damaged/Defective

  • In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact us if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
  • For hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept replacements or exchanges of products in following categories: contraceptives, night wear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, apparel, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipment’s and any other personal item or items that have been imported in the country
  • We shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.
  • In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.

Product not to your liking

We will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking. Most of our products are personal in nature and we encourage you to ask us questions at info@sexcare.com or contact us, before confirming your order.For a detailed read, please view our return policy.

HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

It takes about 2 - 4business days for the package to get to our warehouse. Allow us two weeks after that to inspect the order, process your return and get a replacement in. So give us about 3 weeks from date of pickup to completely process your return/exchange. You will get a final email with confirmation of return/replacement, refund and any other related instructions. 

DO I GET CHARGED FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS?

No, if the return is in compliance with return policy then you will not be charged for returning the products. Read the return policy here. 

I have paid via cash on delivery / CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER, how will I get refund?

We will refund you back the amount via cheque OR transfer the amount to your bank account.

I have paid via net banking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?

We will refund you back the money into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on sexcare.com.

DO YOU PROVIDE A PICK UP FROM HOME/WORK FOR RETURNS?

Yes, We do. Just like we delivered the original order to you, upon confirmation of a return request and issuance of an RMA# (Return Merchant Authorization Number) we schedule a pickup from the same address to pick up your approved return merchandise. See return policy for details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND TO BE RECIEVED?

Your refund is processed in about 3 weeks and your refund should show up in your bank within a couple days after that depending on your banks crediting policies.

I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY REFUND BY NOW BUT I HAVEN’T?

If for any reasons it’s been over 3 weeks and you haven't received your refund yet, Please contact us and a member of our Customer Care team will look into this immediately.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT / WRONG ITEM, WHAT TO DO?

If you have received a faulty/damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get it picked up and either offer you a replacement or refund your money back if the product is not in stock.

I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT?

We apologize if we made a mistake on that, Please do contact us, we will look into that right away and get you this resolved ASAP.

I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED WHEN I REQUESTED AN EXCHANGE?

Unless in an unlikely event we couldn't find a replacement for that product, we have gone ahead and refunded it, so you can make a fresh purchase for something we will have in stock. If that resolves your concern, just shop again with us, if it doesn't please contact us and we shall address it to your satisfaction.
