Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy
To serve our customers better, we have partnered with the best courier services in India. Your order is packed with almost care and then sent to you discreetly in a time bound manner. The product is packed in a way that it doesn’t get damaged on its way. We cater to the best practices in packaging and shipment in the e commerce industry.
The shipping charges are Nil (0) for all the orders exceeding value of Rs. 500. For the orders lower than this value, a minimal amount of Rs. 70 is charged.
Apart from these charges, you do not have to bear any extra cost no matter what the size, weight and dimension of the product is. All the extra expenses are borne by us.
If you wish to order multiple products to be delivered at different addresses, you need to place multiple orders for the same. As of now, it cannot be processed in a single order.

With Sexcare, your privacy is never compromised. The parcel shipped from our warehouse never carries the name of the product. Even the name of Sexcare is not visible anywhere on the parcel. You can always track your parcel whether it is coming to your address or you opted for CSP (customer self pickup). You can also contact us to enquire about your shipment as we do keep record of your shipment status. With our constant surveillance over the shipment, your delivery is never delayed.
Although we try to deliver every order but if you make an error in placing the order or type your address wrong, the order is liable to get cancelled. Our team would try to get in touch with you before that happens. We try to make amendments to save your order from getting cancelled.
However, if you want to cancel the order due to any cause, you can always do so before the package is shipped. You can get in touch with us to cancel your order or delay the delivery whatsoever be the case.
Return Policy/ Exchange Policy
You can easily return or replace your products within 10 days of the delivery.
We return/ exchange your product if any of the following conditions arises:
- If the box is tampered.
- If the product seems being used or old.
- If the product is damaged.
- If you received a different product than the one you ordered.
But our return policy does not cover your purchase if you have already used the product. In that case neither can we take the product back nor can we give you a replacement for it. To return the product, do not use it.
The reason behind it is hygiene. Just as you wouldn’t like to use the products used by someone else, others won’t be using product that has been used once.
To safeguard your purchase, do not accept a shipment whose outer packing seems tampered in any way. Also, if you find any discrepancy in the product you received, click a picture right away and share with us at WhatsApp or E-mail.
How to return?
We will arrange for the return of the shipment you received. Just contact us and we will arrange for a pick up from your location. As soon as your replacement/return is agreed upon, our team will send the courier representative to collect the item. Keep the product inside the box along with the invoice.
