Return Policy
You can return the product delivered to you within 3-4 days of the delivery. Following are the conditions for the return of the product:
You received damaged or defective productWe send all the products from our warehouse after proper inspection. The packaging is such that it doesn’t get broken on the way but in the unlikely event that it happens, you can always request for return or exchange within 3-4 days. If you face any difficulty, feel free to contact our customer support executive. They will help you with your return/ exchange.
The packaging was tamperedWe request you to deny the acceptance of product if you find any signs of tampering with the packaging. In this case, it might be possible that someone on the way tampered with the product. When you receive such package, return it from your door.
While our return policy is simple we do not exchange some items if they fall under below circumstances:
The product has been used: If you have used the product, then you cannot return or exchange it. Even if it gets damaged while you were using it, you cannot return it. It is done for the hygienic reasons. Just like you would not like to use a sex toy used by someone else, the others also would not want to use a sex toy previously used.
Product not to your liking: We do not return/exchange on the ground that the product was not up to your liking. Get accustomed to the product images and description well before you make your order. Our customer support executive (CSE) team will help you in making your order.
General Questions regarding the Return
What if the product I want to return gets out of stock?In the rare event that we are not able to exchange the product you returned, you will get full refund for your order.
Will I be charged for the return shipment?No. You will not be charged a single Rupee for the return cost. All the expenses are borne by us.
I paid with cash, how will I get my money back for the return?You will get refund in your bank account. Our customer support executive will get in touch with you to get the details.
I paid through NEFT/Debit Card/Credit Card, how will I get refund for the return?You will receive the money back into the same bank account/Card used for the payment.
How long does it take to initiate refund?It will take up to one week for the return to complete and the refund is initiated on the same day. It can take time on the bank’s side to reflect the amount in your account.
Do you provide pickup from my address for returns?Yes. Just keep the items in the box with invoice, your item will be picked up by a courier representative and will be shipped to us.
Is my privacy secured with the returns?Yes, it is. The return address on the package is labeled to Billion Digital technologies Pvt. Ltd. - our parent company. Your privacy is always secured with us. Most of the time, you do not need to return the faulty item, we send the other item without exchanging it with the faulty one.
I received wrong item on exchange. What do I do?You can get in touch with our CSE to arrange the right product for you.
I was refunded while I requested for the Exchange. What does it mean?An exchange is replaced with refund if the product you want is out of stock. It is unlikely to happen that we do such a thing without contacting you first. But if something like this happens, you can always get in touch with us.
What if I was refunded a lesser amount?In the unusual case that something like this happens, you can contact us to refund the remaining balance.
