Loyalty Program

Sexcare values its customers and a returning customer always makes us happy. We wanted to include our loyal customers in our happiness and so we have come up with something amazing. To reward our returning customers, we have started a loyalty program; details of which are described on this page.

What is Loyalty Program and how does it work?

Loyalty program gives the customer Loyalty Points which can be used on the next purchase at the website. To avail the loyalty point, you do not have to do anything extra, just shop like you always do and you will receive loyalty points in your account. When you make the next purchase, the amount equivalent to the loyalty points gets deducted from the order value. The most amazing thing about loyalty points is that you can avail the benefits of discount coupon codes together with loyalty points.

Loyalty Points

As of now, loyalty points are awarded according to below mentioned rules:

• 100 Points for Successful Registration
• 100 Points for New Letter Subscription
• Points equivalent to 2% of the Cart value. (For example, if you make a purchase of Rs. 5000, you get 100 loyalty points)
• Loyalty points are awarded only on the successful orders.
• In case somehow, one or more products of your order are replaced, loyalty points are awarded on the final order value.
• If a part of the order is returned, the loyalty points will be awarded at the final price you had to pay.

How to Use Loyalty Points

• The Redemption value of Loyalty Points is equal to 1INR, that is, 1 Point = Rs. 1
• To use loyalty points, just shop like you always do. The loyalty points will get deducted from the final cart value.
• 10 Points deduct Rs. 10 from the final order value; 50 points deduct Rs. 50; 100 points deduct Rs. 100 and so on.
• You can see how much loyalty points you have and how many points have you used.
• There is no limit on how much loyalty points you can use on a single order.

NOTE: The loyalty program is in developing phase. Currently Sexcare is giving a 2% instant discount on every prepaid order. Any registered and non registered user can avail this discount. However, this benefit is not available on the COD orders. Also, it must be noted that loyalty program is just a promotional scheme, the website owns the right to fully disband the program anytime or to change the rules as it sees fit.
